Heres the tutorial how to install after you finish download : 


1) Install the game, it tooks 10 minutes

2) Put the patch in the Counter Strike Source 2010 Folder

3) Install the patches from CSS Folder

4) Press Create Shortcut On Desktop to play

5) Close Steam (or you get No Permission to start CSS) and run CSS and Subscribe!
